Terms and Conditions – SKV Packages Tours

Welcome to SKV Packages Tours. By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the journey.

  • The company reserves the right to cancel any booking if full payment is not received within the specified time.

2. Inclusions and Exclusions

  • Packages include transportation, accommodation, and meals as mentioned in the itinerary.

  • Entry fees, VIP passes, personal expenses, and optional activities are not included unless specified.

  • Room sharing will be on a 3 or 4-person basis (Non-A/C rooms, unless otherwise stated).

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 72 hours before departure is eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

4. Changes and Rescheduling

  • SKV Packages Tours reserves the right to modify routes, dates, or accommodation in case of unavoidable circumstances such as weather, strikes, or government restrictions.

  • If the company cancels a trip due to such reasons, travelers will be offered a full refund or an alternate tour date.

5. Responsibilities of Travelers

  • Travelers are required to carry valid ID proof, maintain punctuality, and follow instructions from the tour coordinator.

  • SKV Packages Tours is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or travel documents during the trip.

  • Any damage caused to property or vehicles by travelers will be chargeable.

6. Health and Safety

  • Travelers are expected to be in good physical condition to participate in the tour.

  • Elderly or medically unfit participants should consult their doctor before traveling.

  • The company will not be liable for any medical emergencies or injuries that occur during the journey.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • SKV Packages Tours acts only as a tour operator and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by transport issues, weather, or third-party vendors (such as hotels or temples).

  • The company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the tour.

8. Photography and Media

  • SKV Packages Tours may capture photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes.

  • By participating, travelers grant permission to use such media on company websites, social media, or brochures unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming you’re booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions of SKV Packages Tours.
